How To Make Plum Stracciatella Cake - The Slightly Different Plum Cake Recipe

Today I bake a delicious plum stracciatella cake. A fresh quark cream with stracciatella and, of course, plums come in a light sponge cake base with chocolate shavings.

Stracciatella with a difference. Or even a different kind of plum cake. But in any case, together with the quark cream, it is a really delicious plum cake recipe.

Ingredients
4 eggs
90 g sugar
120 g flour
6 g baking soda
15 g cornstarch
50 g grated chocolate
4 tbsp cold water

160 ml cherry juice
80 g sugar
20 g cornstarch
500 g plums

200 g cream
15 g instant gelatin
500 g low-fat quark
200 g sour cream
45 g instant gelatin
100 g sugar
30 g grated chocolate

300 g cream
3 tsp San-apart

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F top and bottom heat for about 10 to 12 minutes.
