If you're failing to communicate, check thoroughly for an aftermarket product. The GPS plugs revealed in Chris's video are commonly found. Remember, not all communication failures are due to a faulty programmer cable and/or pin saver. Bling wear around the ignition, aftermarket alarm systems, GPS trackers, breathalizers, and pass-time devices all have the potential to cause a failure to comm.
