Rapper Aitch, a rising star with hits such as ‘Rain’, ‘Taste’ and ‘Keisha & Becky’, surprised his hometown fans in Manchester with a secret gig at a Subway store, including a performance of his new single ‘Party Round My Place’. The BRIT Award-nominated artist posted a call-out to his fans saying he had something special lined up – but no one expected that they’d be one of just 25 people at the exclusive performance.
Born and raised in New Moston, Manchester chart-topper Aitch has fast become one of the UK's hottest rap stars. For the secret drop-in, the Manchester Piccadilly store also rebranded for the day, as Subway became ‘SubwAITCH.’ The star’s favourite custom Sub was renamed the ‘Aitch Footlong’ for the day too, so fans could order their Italian B.M.T.® exactly the way the rapper does.
