Published at : March 20, 2022
The government weather service says on Monday, March 14, 2022, that the shear line already dissipated and that the easterlies, or the winds coming from the east and passing through the Pacific Ocean that bring warm and humid weather, are predominantly affecting the country. It also says the public can expect scattered rain with thunderstorm and lightning, notably by late afternoon or early evening due to the easterlies. | Via DOST-PAGASA/kga
